We arrived from our sunny Spain in 2011 with a shared vision of bringing our homeland's flavours to the vibrant UK street food scene. Growing up in a family that celebrated food as a central part of life, we have been always inspired by our country lively "fiestas" and gatherings. With a modest budget and a wealth of pasion, we set up our first pop-up stall that showcased the rich traditions of Spain, focusing on fresh, delicious churros that would appeal to the UK diverse crowd.
During this exciting journey, we have navigated the challenges of the fast-paced street food environment at England festival scene, learning to adapt to British tastes while remaining true to our roots— provide our customers with great churros made of natural ingredients.
As we gained experience in the bustling festival circuit, we faced numerous challenges—securing the best festival every season, sourcing the best quality ingredients, and building a loyal customer base. However, our determination never wavered, and we continued another 11 years growing our family business and perfectioning our recipes for churros and home-made dips. Today, our shops are a celebration not just of great churros, but of our family, our culture, and the vibrant tapestry of our journey.
Last Winter, we proudly claimed the prestigious "Gold Award for Best Sweet Dish" at the dazzling Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park! Our churros stood out as the ultimate dessert, triumphing over a fierce competition of more than 50 shops serving up mouthwatering crepes, scrumptious waffles, and many other absolutely delightful treats.
We are really thrilled to have received this award, a testament to our dedication to crafting amazing pastries. This honor fills us with immense pride and motivates us to keep innovating and delighting our customers with every bite.
But our commitment doesn’t stop at deliciousness. We also passionate about preserving our planet, which is why we serve our delectable treats in eco-friendly containers made from fully biodegradable and compostable paper.
